Furr the safety of you, your family and your home are our first priority.\u00a0 Your Maintenance &amp; Safety Inspection Technician will investigate and share with you, any &amp; all safety related matters that we uncover.\u00a0 We will also identify any maintenance your system may need for maximum efficiency, comfort, reliability, and longevity.\u00a0 During your Maintenance &amp; Safety Inspection, our service technician will perform a<strong> 50-point inspection\u00a0<\/strong>of your home cooling system that will take about an hour or so to complete.\u00a0<strong>This includes, but is not limited to the following:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspect air filtration system<\/li>\n<li>Run test to verify proper sequence of operation<\/li>\n<li>Check refrigeration system performance, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Refrigerant level<\/li>\n<li>Temperatures \/ pressures &amp; other associated refrigeration parameters<\/li>\n<li>Investigate any improper restrictions, or low refrigerant levels if\/when found<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Flush drain<\/li>\n<li>Inspect electrical connections, wiring harness &amp; disconnect (as applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Inspect the contactor for integrity, improper resistance, pitting or burning.<\/li>\n<li>Measure and document electrical parameters, such as\n<ul>\n<li>Incoming voltage<\/li>\n<li>Amp draw of blower motor<\/li>\n<li>Amp draw of compressor<\/li>\n<li>Amp draw of the outdoor fan motor<\/li>\n<li>Investigate any improper resistance that may be found in the electrical circuit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Inspect capacitor(s) for integrity, corrosion and capacitance<\/li>\n<li>Inspect readily accessible ducts for integrity, cleanliness, and\/or obvious air leaks<\/li>\n<li>Inspect blower for proper \/ adequate air flow.\n<ul>\n<li>Includes Inspection of wheel, motor (&amp; lubricate as needed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Vacuum loose debris from the blower cabinet<\/li>\n<li>Wipe clean the reachable areas of the unit cabinet<\/li>\n<li>Inspect indoor coils for obstructions and\/or cleanliness<\/li>\n<li>Inspect outdoor coils for obstructions leaks and\/or cleanliness.<\/li>\n<li>Replace filter if\/when provided by the customer while on-site at the time of inspection<\/li>\n<li>Check and calibrate thermostat as required<\/li>\n<li>Inspect both the indoor and outdoor units for loose or worn parts and abnormal vibrations<\/li>\n<li>Test and adjust the unit for peak operating efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your F.H.
